Dan Cross serves as the Executive Director of Community Support Providers of South Dakota. Prior to serving in this position, Dan was the Director of Human Resources at Northern Hills Training Center in Spearfish, SD. His experience in the field spans 20 years and includes direct care, case management, staff development, and human resource management within the provider system.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Human Services, Sociology, and History, and Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Black Hills State University.  Over the years, his career has solely focused on services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
