Each year the nation and states celebrate National Direct Support Professionals Recognition Week. The event celebrates these frontline workers who support people with IDD every day. In South Dakota there are over 3,500 DSPs supporting roughly 4,500 people with IDD across the state. They are the backbone of CSP services. On behalf of all CSP of SD member providers, thank you for all the work you do and the support you give to enriching the lives of those in our care.
